ASAP Rocky fans, rejoice: the rapper has shared two new songs, “Trunks” and “Both Eyes Closed.” Stream them below.
Both tracks are taken from the soundtrack to Highest 2 Lowest, the new Spike Lee film adaptation of Akira Kurosawa’s 1963 thriller, High and Low. Rocky is among the cast of Lee’s version, which also includes Denzel Washington, Jeffrey Wright, Ilfenesh Hadera, and Ice Spice. The movie hits theaters today (August 15th).
The new tracks follow Rocky’s most recent release, “Pray4DaGang,” which dropped last month. It was the latest track from the rapper’s highly anticipated (and long-awaited) fourth studio album, Don’t Be Dumb.

In the meantime, Rocky will again flex his acting chops in the upcoming A24 feature, If I Had Legs I’d Kick You. The film, which also stars Rose Byrne and Conan O’Brien, premiered at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival and is currently making the festival circuit. The movie arrives in theaters on October 10th, 2025.
The career moves punctuate a busy year for the rapper personally, which has seen him found not guilty in a high-profile shooting case, and then announce his third child with multi-hyphenate superstar Rihanna.
