F1 Academy, More than Equal (co-founded by David Coulthard) and Well HQ made a free Driver Development Guide

Scattered throughout are women/girl specific issues, but a lot of it is very general information. And it's very thorough, and written very accessibly for an older child/younger teen.

Honestly, whenever we get reddit posts by thirteen year olds that ask what they need to do to become an F1 driver, this is legitimately something good to send them. Even if they're a boy and the menstrual cycle section doesn't describe their own experience, it's not like it's bad information for them to have. Exercise and nutrition might be slightly targeted towards women, but it's still good information.

And the guide talks about driver coaches, watching driver onboards, and using a sim. Breaking points and racing lines and contacting sponsors. Testing days and psychology. Just honestly SO many topics, and it's got a lot of graphics and pictures and blank pages like a workbook for the young driver to fill out with their plan.
