This 2022 Acura NSX Type S is finished in Berlina Black over Red leather and is #260 of 350 Type S cars produced. It is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 mated to three electric motors, a nine-speed dual-clutch transaxle, and Acura’s Super Handling All-Wheel-Drive system. Equipment includes “Jewel Eye” LED headlights, carbon-ceramic brakes, an ELS sound system, magnetorheological dampers, and a carbon-fiber roof, front splitter, decklid spoiler, rear diffuser, and side skirts. The car has remained registered in Texas since new and now has under 15k miles. Recently acquired by the selling dealer, this NC1 NSX Type S is now offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Texas title.
Only 350 Type S examples were offered for the 2022 model year to commemorate the end of the NSX NC1 production. This example is finished in Berlina Black and features a carbon-fiber roof, front splitter, decklid spoiler, rear diffuser, and side skirts. Further equipment comprises “Jewel Eye” LED headlights, pop-out door handles, side air intakes, parking sensors, and center quad exhaust outlets. Outside mirror glass was replaced in August 2023, according to the Carfax report.
Black 19″ front and 20″ rear split five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with a mix of Yokohama, Michelin, and Pirelli tires. Braking is handled by red NSX-branded calipers over ceramic-composite cross-drilled and ventilated discs. The car is equipped with a double-wishbone front and a multi-link rear suspension with a magnetorheological damper system.
The heated power-adjustable seats have NSX headrest embroidery and are trimmed in Red leather. Black leather and Alcantara with red stitching adorn the dashboard, center console, and door panels, and the interior is further outfitted with a black Alcantara headliner, an ELS sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.
The leather- and carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters and frames a configurable 8″ TFT display that shows a digital speed readout, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates under 15k miles.
The twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 is joined by three electric motors that produced a combined 600 horsepower and 492 lb-ft of torque when new. A carbon-fiber engine cover accents the engine bay.
A plaque in the engine compartment identifies this car as #260 of 350 Type S examples produced.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a nine-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and Acura’s Super Handling All-Wheel-Drive system.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
